Piper Jaffray analyst Nicole Miller Regan raised her price target for Panera Bread to $260 saying her firm's recent channel checks suggest the company's recovery process is on track. An acceleration of franchisee remodel implementation is occurring, which should drive system-wide comp momentum, Regan tells investors in a research note. She's a buyer of the stock at current levels and reiterates an Overweight rating on Panera.
