Cowen analyst Joseph Giordano downgraded Pentair to Underperform saying the Valves & Controls sale will have a negative impact on future growth. The remaining company is more likely to see growth deceleration than acceleration, Giordano tells investors in a research note. The analyst has a $55 price target for Pentair shares.
