UBS analyst Shannon O'Callaghan lowered his price target on Pentair to $64 from $70 following its weak Q3 revenue results and subdued outlook. The analyst noted the company is seeing pressure from a lack of MRO activity and not expecting typical year end spending, driving weak forecasts for the Thermal business. O'Callaghan reiterated his Buy rating on Pentair shares as the company is considering debt restructuring, acquisitions, and/or stock buybacks.
