Buckingham analyst Dmitry Silversteyn reiterated a Buy rating and $36 price target on PolyOne following the company's preannouncement of a "stronger" Q2 on faster margin recovery across all segments driven by better mix and price realization, as well as improving Composites profitability and a better than anticipated North American construction market. In a research note to investors, Silversteyn raised his Q2 EPS estimates to 73c from 68c and says he sees upside to second half Street expectations.
