Citi analyst Cornell Burnette views the recent weakness in shares of Post Holdings as a "solid" buying opportunity. The stock is down 13% over the past month on "broad spread" weakness in packaged food and concern regarding the company's ability to sustain its record profitability from FY16 in FY17, Burnette tells investors in a research note. The analyst believes Post's business fundamentals are strengthening and likes the setup into the Q4 earnings report. Burnette keeps a Buy rating on Post Holdings with a $105 price target.
