Atlantic Equities analyst Colin Isaac downgraded Potash to Underweight with a $15 price target on shares. The analyst said fertilizer stocks have rallied on hopes that commodity prices have bottomed and better pricing momentum is ahead when the US planting season begins. Isaac said phosphate and potash prices remain weak and there are limited signs of a seasonal rebound. The analyst said flat/lower phosphate/potash prices leaves Potash's estimates significantly below consensus and said the company may need to cut its dividend again unless there is a potash recovery.
