B. Riley FBR analyst Christopher Van Horn views Perceptron as undervalued following the recent pullback in the shares. A lot of risk is now priced into the name following the "challenging" Q3 results, Van Horn tells investors in a research note. He lowered his price target for Perceptron to $10 from $13 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
