Citi noted that Bloomberg reported Perrigo (PRGO) is said to be among the bidders for Boehringer Ingelheim's Roxane Labs generic business, stating that if such an acquisition were to get done that it would make it harder for Mylan (MYL) to avoid a takeover by Teva (TEVA). The firm added that that any Perrigo acquisition during the current “offer period” is subject to approval by the Irish Takeover Panel and potentially shareholders too.
