Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi lowered his price target on Perspecta to $19 ahead of his meetings with its CEO and CFO to reflect its "muted" near-term outlook with "flat to very low single-digit top-line growth". The analyst also believes that the stock likely "remains underfollowed" after its mid-2018 spin-out while offering industry-leading EBITDA margins and a strong book to bill performance. Vafi keeps his Hold rating on Perspecta but believes that its stock is potentially attractive "if the company can execute against its goals of better book:bill performance."
