Argus analyst Jacob Kilstein raised his price target on Public Storage to $250 and kept his Buy rating, citing the management's presentation at the industry NAREIT REITWeek conference last month. The analyst says he was encouraged by the indications of easing supply concerns across most markets, with the move-in activity also exceeding move-out rate. Kilstein says that while the same-store sales at Public Storage have slowed, he expects the company to benefit from acquisitions and development projects amid sector consolidation as well as from anticipated higher rental rates for the current customers.
