After PTC agreed to buy Kepware which develops software for the industrial automation sector, RBC Capital says that the deal "adds another piece to PTC's IoT strategy." The firm thinks that IoT provides investors with "an important call option," and it thinks the deal could be accretive in fiscal 2016, even with limited cost cutting. RBC keeps a $44 price target and Outperform rating on PTC.
