JPMorgan analyst Sterling Auty believes the primary issue in PTC's Q3 results was sales execution in Japan. Americas and European regions are not the problem, Auty tells investors in a research note. He points out PTC's former head of Japan has been reinserted back after three quarters of disappointment. The analyst believes the post-earnings selloff compensates investors for the risk and that the company's Q4 pipeline is strong. He upped his price target for the shares to $68 and keeps an Overweight rating on PTC.
