Citi analyst Scott Gruber upgraded Patterson-UTI to Buy and other names in the space saying investors should buy oil services stocks with exposure to onshore recovery. Higher cost production onshore should grow which requires a significantly higher crude price, Gruber tells investors in a research note. He says his call is "deliberately early." The analyst raised his price target for shares to $18 from $17.
