Wells Fargo analyst Judson Bailey upgraded Patterson-UTI to Overweight after raising his sector ratings for land drilling, small/midcap services, and proppant to Overweight from Market Weight. The analyst says he's growing more confident on the long-term prospects of a "strong oil price recovery" that will favor the North American services market. He raised his price target range for the stock to $18-$22 from $15-$19.
