Needham analyst Laura Martin raised her price target on Peloton to $40 and kept her Buy rating after its "strong" Q2 results, saying the afterhours weakness in the stock price on below-consensus Q3 revenue was "unfair". The analyst attributes the weakness to the company having shortened its order-to-delivery days, which she sees as a "positive execution step". Martin believes that the best way to gauge Peloton's progress is to look at the FY20 guidance, where the management raised its forecast on every metric.
