The analyst cited the company's backlog and pent up demand, which he sees leading to a growth story with potential for earnings upside. The analyst said, historically, backlog leads revenue growth that is correlated to multiple expansion. Fisher raised his price target to $42 from $38 on Quanta Services shares.
