As reported earlier, MKM Partners analyst John Gerdes initiated Pioneer Natural with a Buy rating and a price target of $213. The analyst cites his Q4 production forecast of 306MBOE/d coming above the company's guidance of 293-303 MBOE/d and also expects an annualized production increase of about 15% through 2021 relative to the industry median expectations of 6% growth.
