Activision Blizzard (ATVI) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Nomura Instinet with analyst Andrew Marok saying last month's launch of World of Warcraft Classic has driven "strong, above-expectations" engagement in the franchise. 3. Voya Financial (VOYA) upgraded to Conviction Buy from Buy at Goldman Sachs with analyst Alex Scott saying Voya has a better ability to beat earnings estimates in the near term as well as in 2020 and 2021 relative to Prudential Financial (PRU). 4. AbbVie (ABBV) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at UBS with analyst Navin Jacob saying he sees the company's acquisition of Allegan as "highly compelling," with NewCo generating over $20B of annual free cash flow and a 9% yield by 2023 when its Humira exclusivity patent expires. 5.
