Odeon Capital analyst Benjamin Brogadir started Pyxus with a Buy rating and $54 price target, citing his sum of the parts valuation. Given the stock's current price, Brogadir believes investors are getting a "free option" on the upside on Pyxus' cannabis and GSP businesses, he tells investors. He values Pyxus' legacy tobacco leaf business at $1.275B and thinks the company has set itself up to be "a meaningful participant" in the emerging cannabis sector, Brogadir added.
