After Pandora reported weaker than expected Q3 results and its guidance missed expectations, SunTrust analyst Robert Peck says that the results were "disappointing." However, the analyst thinks that changes made by the company should enable it to lower churn ,grow its user base, and increase monetization with a higher ad load. The analyst trimmed his price target on the shares to $16 from $18 but keeps a Buy rating on the stock and recommends buying the shares on weakness.
