As previously reported, Raymond James upgraded Pandora (P) two notches to Strong Buy from Market Perform and established an $8 price target. Analyst Justin Patterson is positive on Pandora's acquisition of AdsWizz saying it will expand TAM by 2x to $28B, accelerate tech initiatives, materially expand reach, and could be worth approximately $4 per share. Patterson said AdsWizz highlights a bigger strategic picture for Pandora, and in essence, is similar to Google's (GOOGL) DoubleClick strategy and creates a platform for publishers to monetize audio.
