Catch up on today's top five analyst downgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Qualcomm (QCOM) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Brean Capital with analyst Mike Burton saying he sees limited upside from current share levels. 2. Skyworks (SWKS) downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Citi with analyst Atif Malik arguing the shares should trade at a multiple of 11 times price-to-earnings ratio, below its three year average of 12.5 times, given a "lack of premium filters to address faster growing carrier aggregation market" and increasing dual sourcing led competition in the low band market. 3. Chesapeake (CHK) downgraded to Underperform from Sector Perform at RBC Capital with analysts led by Scott Hanold citing valuation and looming leverage concerns. 4. Agrium (AGU) downgraded to Sell from Underperform at CLSA with analyst Mark Connelly saying retail's turnaround is taking longer than expected and the transformation to a hub-and-spoke system will not be done for another five years. 5. Restoration Hardware (RH) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Longbow, to Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank, to Neutral from Buy at UBS, to Market Perform at Raymond James, and to Market Perform from Outperform at Telsey.
