The Q2 outlook was weak on "poor recent smartphone sales and expected seasonal weakening in QCT," Hall tells investors in a research note. He reiterates an Overweight on the chipmaker with a $55 price target. William Blair this morning downgraded Qualcomm following the earnings report.
