Piper Jaffray analyst William Quirk raised his price target for Quidel to $60 saying the 2017-18 flu season continues to intensify. For Q4, flu-like illnesses were up 48% year-over-year, Quirk tells investors in a research note. The analyst thinks Quidel shares can continue to rise as the Street becomes more comfortable in management's EBITDA commentary. He keeps an Overweight rating on the stock.
