FBR Capital analyst Chad Mabry upgraded QEP Resources to Outperform saying his analysis indicates the company's Permian acreage is situated in one of the most prospective areas of the play. Further, the analyst views QEP's exposure to natural gas as underappreciated. He raised his price target for the shares to $24 from $20.
