Lake Street analyst Eric Martinuzzi downgraded Quantum to Neutral and lowered his price target for the shares to $4 from $6. Following the resignation of its CEO and the replacement of its CFO, the analyst believes the company's process to regain SEC filing compliance is "closer to the middle than the end."
