Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi raised his price target on Q2 Holdings to $67 after its in-line Q2 results and raised FY18 guidance, noting the quarter was marked by bookings acceleration from tier 2/3 accounts. The analyst adds that the company has already booked more smaller bank contract value in the second half than it did all of last year while also pointing to the positive impact of Cloud Lending acquisition in the quarter. Vafi keeps his Buy rating on Q2 Holdings and expects the second of the year to show continued growth of its larger deals pipeline.
