Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi kept his Buy rating and $67 price target on Q2 Holdings, saying the company offers the "most forward visibility to P&L performance" in his coverage universe given the long lead time between new logo winds and go-live implementation. The analyst points to the large amount of "Tier 1 bank wins" in Q4 of 2017 and Q1 of of 2018, which should produce accelerated profitability in 2019 as these deals begin to go live. Vafi further cites the optimism of Q2 Holdings management about Q4 bookings of the company, stating that in spite of the rising volatility, investors will reward the stocks showing "accelerating P&L performance".
