Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi kept his Buy rating and raised his price target on Q2 Holdings to $83 from $67 after its Q4 results, saying the company has followed up on good bookings over the past few quarters with accelerating profitability. The analyst cites the company's diversified product set balanced between traditional banks and emerging fin tech customers with added management expectations that Tier 1 signing activity has not been depleted. Vafi adds that the macro backdrop for Q2 Holdings' bank customers is encouraging with a "generally rising interest rate environment, strong economic activity and and increasingly benign regulatory landscape.
