As previously reported, Dougherty downgraded Raven to Neutral from Buy. Analyst Jon Fisher said Q3 ATD growth unexpectedly slowed to flat and margins disappointed while all of the outperformance was driven by the lower-margin EFD segment. Fisher thinks Raven's share upside is limited due to the mix shift towards lower margin, cyclical revenues and increased spending going forward.
