Catch up on today's top five analyst downgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Rackspace (RAX) downgraded at Barclays, Stifel, Credit Suisse and Pacific Crest, after the company provided lower than expected 2016 outlook. The analysts said the outlook indicates its transition to a cloud service provider may be "deeper and more pronounced." 2. Cerner (CERN) downgraded to Hold at Evercore ISI by analyst Michael Cherny, who cited "continued volatility" and the company's challenging FY15 following its Q4 results. 3. KKR (KKR) downgraded to Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley, with analyst Michael Cyprys expecting weaker balance sheet markets to pressure book value growth and push out the time frame of normalized ROEs of 20%. 4. Cintas (CTAS) downgraded to Underweight at Morgan Stanley by analyst Denny Galindo, who said the macro environment continues to deteriorate and uniform wearer growth has decelerated to 2.5% over the past 12 months. 5. EnLink Midstream Partners (ENLK) and EnLink Midstream (ENLC) were downgraded to Neutral and Underperform, respectively, at BofA/Merrill, as analyst Gabe Moreen said EnLink Midstream Partners will come under further scrutiny by credit agencies.
