Credit Suisse analyst Sitikantha Panigrahi downgraded Rackspace to Neutral citing near-term disruptions from the company's business model transition after its 2016 outlook missed expectations. Panigrahi lowered Rackspace's price target to $22 from $50. Barclays this morning also downgraded Rackspace.
