The analyst further cites Redfin's national market share gains being muted by the "weaker trends in the high-cost markets" where the company has larger share. White also believes that Redfin's headwinds included the "spread" of the soft macro housing backdrop, evidenced by the sequential decline of its Lead Agents count.
