DA Davidson analyst Tom White is keeping his Neutral rating and $17.50 price target on Redfin. The analyst notes that his proprietary data over the past 19 months suggest that the company's listing share is picking up across markets where Redfin is offering a 1% seller commission product. While also contends that unlike 2018, Redfin may not be experiencing the same seasonal drop in its listings share, as listings look to have "ticked up nicely" from summer months. The analyst still cautions however that the findings only mark a single data-point, adding that it is too early to call this the beginning of a sustained upward inflection.
