RBC Capital upgraded Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A) to Outperform citing the year-to-date underperformance of shares. RBC believes the acquisition of BG Group is being underappreciated at current levels. The firm coupled the upgrade with a downgrade of BP (BP).
