RBC Capital analyst Rich Moore upgraded Regency Centers (REG) to Top Pick saying the community center sector is poised for upside in 2016. Moore coupled the upgrade with a downgrade of Boston Properties (BXP) to Outperform. The analyst has a $78 price target for Regency shares.
