As previously reported, Evercore ISI upgraded Regency Centers to Buy from Hold and raised its price target to $80 from $79. Analyst Samir Khanal said Regency reported a Q3 beat and raised 2016 FFO guidance. He expects next year's SS NOI growth to be above peers and said its defensive grocery anchored portfolio and strong balance sheet protect it from disruptions in the capital markets.
