Canaccord called Ring Energy the best call option on oil in their Permian Basin coverage. The firm said the company's recent offering dilutes value near-term but, it cleaned up the company balance sheet and they now view the stock as the best asymmetric bet for oil bulls in the Permian. Canaccord reiterated its Buy rating and lowered its price target to $8 from $9 on Ring Energy shares.
