Following Red Hat's Q4 report, Stephens analyst Jonathan Ruykhaver said he believes open-source architecture is "here to stay" and Red Hat has a sustainable, competitive moat in providing support to enterprise in this area. The Ansible+OpenShift combination could prove to be currently underappreciated and strong adoption of RHEL along with the long runway for Emerging Products can support overall growth of 20% for the foreseeable future, believes Ruykhaver, who raised his price target on Red Hat shares to $170 and keeps an Overweight rating on the name.
