Barclays analyst Raimo Lenschow raised his price target for Red Hat to $186 ahead of the company's Q1 results and reiterates an Overweight rating on the shares. The analyst expects Red Hat to deliver another quarter of "beat across the board" in Q1 and "sustain its recent stock price momentum on the print." Despite the headwinds to billings from a shorter duration, Red Hat should deliver against expectations this quarter based on an "achievable setup" and "continued healthy execution across both product segments," Lenschow tells investors in a research note.
