Oppenheimer analyst Brian Nagel says he's "increasingly concerned" that select clearance activity by RH is "giving way to more widespread price promotions." As such, the analyst believes consensus estimates for the second half of 2017 remain too optimistic. Lowered estimates should prove a negative catalyst for the shares, Nagel argues. He keeps a Perform rating on RH.
