As previously reported, Cowen upgraded Republic Airways to Market Perform from Underperform and increased its price target on shares to $6 from $1. Analyst Helane Becker said Republic reached a 3-year tentative agreement with the pilots, which is clearly a positive, and moves bankruptcy off the table.
