Raymond James downgraded RLJ Lodging Trust to Market Perform from Outperform following new CEO Tom Baltimore is leaving to assume the role of CEO at Hilton's planned REIT spinoff. Analyst William Crow is not surprised by the news but said his rating change reflect some increased level of uncertainty for the company and increased fundamental headwinds.
