Canaccord downgraded RLJ Lodging Trust to Hold from Buy as they believe investors may be waiting for a buyout, which may not occur. The firm said industry contacts have said there has been no talk of the company shopping itself and with slowing earnings the firm expects shares may underperform in coming quarters. Canaccord maintained its $25 price target on RLJ Lodging Trust shares.
