Loop Capital analyst Betsy Van Hees says her recent meeting with Rambus CFO reinforced her confidence in the company as her "top small-cap idea for 2018". Van Hees says the management highlighted its solid design win momentum in the memory buffer business with Skylake, also adding that growth drivers remain intact for the company's security business. The analyst keeps her Buy rating and $19 price target on Rambus.
