Goldman Sachs analyst Joe Ritchie downgraded Rockwell Automation (ROK) to Sell and lowered his price target for the shares to $156 from $170. The analyst this morning also downgraded Parker-Hannifin (PH) to Neutral. He believes Rockwell Automation's risk/reward skews negative as the company's earnings and growth decelerate. Further, peak cycle concerns are likely to persist, Ritchie tells investors in a research note.
