Bernstein analyst Jamie Merriman started Ross (ROST) with an Outperform rating and $74 price target. Similar to TJX (TJX), as the number 2 off-price retailer in the U.S., the analyst believes Ross has a strong business model with a sustainable growth path over the long-term and clear white space for U.S. store expansion in the Midwest and Northeast.
