Citi analyst Paul Lejuez raised his price target for Ross Stores to $65 saying the company posted a solid quarter with comps up 4%. Ross is "licking their chops while others struggle," Lejuez tells investors in a post-earnings research note. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
