Piper Jaffray analyst Neely Tamminga downgraded Ross Stores to Underweight citing the weakening consumer environment. The shares, trading near a five-year high, could come under pressure "should the first fiscal quarter underwhelm investors," Tamminga tells investors in a research note. She lowered her price target for the shares to $55 from $56.
