DA Davidson analyst John Morris raised his price target on Ross Stores to $92 but kept his Neutral rating, saying that while its Q4 earnings topped consensus, gross margins missed estimates as a result of higher freight and labor costs. The analyst also cites the management's more cautious commentary on Q1 "because women's (segment) is underperforming into the spring season" as a factor in his neutral stance.
